My name is Alon Madar, and I specialize in resource development and capacity building for social organizations. I have a rich and diverse experience in resource development, fundraising, and community mobilization, spanning over a decade.
My journey in civil society started in various field roles and direct services to marginalized populations. With time, I realized that Resource development takes advantage of most of the professional traits I acquired.
Formerly, I had a career in the business world where I picked up what became my approach to life and work: investing in relationships.
In my work with non-profit executives and lay leadership, I parlay tools for successful fundraising while adopting the fundraising organization approach.
I have learned how to harness the power of digital and social media to benefit the organizations I work with.
I help social causes nail their stories by identifying and refining their messaging to match their fundraising goals.
Born in the USA, raised in the USA and Israel, only to return as a young adult to NY from 2000- 2011. I have a bachelor’s in Sociology and am proud of a few significant social cause campaigns in recent years.
I live in south Tel Aviv with my partner and am a proud father of two.
